Crowdsale dates and limitations: You can only participate in the DA Power Play crowdsale with the cryptocurrency, Ether! Our crowdfunding will be done in three phases:Phase 1 — September 19: Limited pre-sale, starts at 5:00 PM CEST. This is only open to Cofound.it Priority Pass™ members. You need at least 5000 CFI tokens in your wallet at least four days before the pre-sale to become a Priority Pass member.Phase 2 — September 20: Unlimited pre-sale, starts at 5:00 PM CEST. This is only open to Cofound.it Priority Pass™ members. You need at least 5000 CFI tokens in your wallet at least four days before the pre-sale to become a Priority Pass member.Please note: If you want to be a part of our crowdsale during the pre-sale phases, you must be a Cofound.it Priority Pass™ member at least 4 days before September 19. In the case of our crowdsale, you have until Friday, September 15 at 5:00 PM CEST to get your Cofound.it Priority Pass™.Phase 3 — September 21: Public crowdsale, starts at 5:00 PM CEST. Anyone can contribute to the crowdsale. You can ONLY use the cryptocurrency, Ether, to participate.The crowdsale will end on Monday, September 25 or before this date, depending on if we reach our goal for collected contributions. DA Power Play targets The minimum target for the crowdsale is set to USD $2.1 million (10,500 Ether, as of 15.9.2017) at the exchange rate of $200 on 15.9.2017). The funds will be used for the development and deployment of the Digital Assets Power Play platform and marketplace.The hard cap is set to USD $5.1 million ( 25,500 Ether, as of 15.9.2017). The added USD $3 million will be used for further development and liquidity of the platform and marketplace with our main mission being to create a self-sustaining ecosystem around the Digital Assets Power Play platform.Digital Assets Power Play will issue a total of 100,000,000 DPP Tokens. DPP Tokens are an ERC20 token issued on the Ethereum network. During the crowdsale, a total of 25,000,000 DPP Tokens will be available.The target price for DPP Tokens will pend on the set Ether price, ranging from US$ 0.10–0.15 per DPP Token. The price in Ether will be set a few days before the beginning of the pre-sale or if volatility continues on the exact day of the pre-sale on September 19.The target price for DPP Tokens is set to US$ 0.20/DPP Token. The price in Ether will be set a few days before the beginning of the pre-sale on September 19.In the event that the hard cap is not reached, DPP Tokens which are not allocated in the crowdsale will be burned.You will receive DPP Tokens immediately after contributing to the crowdsale.
