Recent updates on iBriz-ICONOsphere With a deep history of commitment to building projects that foster community growth and personal empowerment iBriz is helping towards the common goal of creating a nation built on trust with ICON. Our team is comprised of smart people from marketing to technical background and have profound knowledge in Blockchain and resonates with the idea of ICON. Our efforts will be to tap into every possibility of ICON and its future with our expertise in technology as well as marketing. In this article, we will be discussing the recent updates on the iBriz-ICONOsphere. TestNet 3 We had successfully participated in both ICON Testnet phase 1 and 2, and currently operating node in Testnet phase 3, the final rehearsal before Mainnet operations. We iBriz-ICONOsphere registered for the Testnet Phase-3 on 4th September. The objective of this phase is to simulate the conversion process from the centralized mainnet to a decentralized mainnet. We have been operating our node in AWS for this 3rd phase testnet. For registration in this testnet, we received 5000 test ICX. Since Testnet is designed as a means to experiment with new ideas, we tested various server specifications for the best setting. The testnet had several problems which made the decentralization of mainnet to be postponed from September 24 to October 29. We will continue to take participate in this testnet and assure our voters that we will maintain a high productivity rate in Mainnet. Another thing we did during the phase was to do a security check on our server as we are responsible for a reliable and secure node in the ICON network. We performed various DDOS attacks on our server to ensure our server remains secure from such attacks. Created contents for awareness about ICON Our goal is not only to expand the ICON’s ecosystem and community but also to educate the public at large globally on the blockchain technology. We have published six articles on Medium related to ICON and also created a video that is available on Youtube for beginners on how to stake and vote. We also researched on FAQs on P-Reps and ICON and created our own FAQ on our website. A tutorial video on how to register in the mainnet for P-Reps was uploaded on our Youtube Channel to help other P-Reps in setting up their nodes and registration. Got 50000 ICX votes from ICONbet During the DAO voting competition organized by ICONbet where ICONbet uses portions of earnings to stake and vote for P-Rep worth 50000 ICX, we iBriz-ICONOsphere won the vote and received 50000 ICX votes from ICONbet. We would like to convey our best regards and thanks to the community for voting us. Collaborations with other P-Reps We believe in collaborative efforts for the growth of the ecosystem. We have started collaborating with another P-Rep candidate Insight-ICON for infrastructure as a code and will be working with many other P-Reps in different projects in the near future. Reached a Milestone of 1.6 Million Votes And finally, we have received 1.6 Million votes from our fellow ICONists, which makes us officially eligible for the main P-Rep.
