Introducing Bitwala multi wallets. You can now create, set names, and safely store your bitcoin on multiple wallets.

Last year we announced the launch of the Bitwala Wallet, a multi-sig wallet that allows owners to have absolute control over their funds. Starting today, we will officially roll out a major update to the Bitwala Wallet. Multiple wallets under one account Bitwala customers can now create multiple Bitcoin wallets on their accounts. Be creative and distinguish one wallet from another by setting Wallet Labels a.k.a convenient names for your wallets. This way, you can easily sort through your list of Bitcoin Wallets under the wallet tab on your user dashboard. This creates the opportunity to separate and tailors the storing of funds, such as labeling your wallets as Travel Funds, Daily Funds, Savings, basically sorting funds according to your needs. Your secure solution to storing BTC You will still have absolute control over your multiple wallets. Bitwala Wallets are secured with Two-Factor Authentication, a wallet-specific password that you have to enter before moving funds from the wallet, and multisig keys that users can use to recover their wallet anytime with. Each time you create a new Bitwala Wallet, your backup keys are displayed one time only for you to download and keep safe. From this point on, if you did not save your backup PDF, you will never be able to recover your wallet if you ever lose your wallet password. We don’t save your backup keys, so your funds are fully yours to keep and be responsible for. Advanced options and user-friendly As a Bitwala Wallet owner, you can control your own fee settings. This means that you can easily adjust your preferred network fees. You can also set the preferred Bitcoin units in (BTC or mBTC) along with your preferred local fiat currency-equivalent (EUR, USD, or GBP). You can easily send and receive Bitcoin by copying your address or scanning a QR code. We are always excited to get new people acquainted with Bitcoin and be part of the Bitwala community. The user interface of our wallet is simple and straightforward to have both beginners and seasoned Bitcoiners have the best user experience. We also help beginners by providing step-to-step guides on using our straightforward Bitwala Wallets and securing their funds. We will continue to launch additional features to make the Bitwala Wallet even better. Stay tuned to our announcements to receive our latest updates.
