Cryptoraves is a Way to Inspire New Use Cases for a Tokenized Economy (Part 3) This is part 3 of a blog series on Bringing a Tokenized Economy to the Masses. Click for the preceding blogs: Part 1 and Part 2. We designed cryptoraves specifically for the Ethereum community. We built it for the enthusiasts, to give them a way to help spread the word. To reinspire excitement about Ethereum technology, and to give the community a concrete way to help usher in the new era of tokenization. To make each Ethereum enthusiast’s Twitter account into their own personal “free samples” soapbox…. It gives the Eth community a chance to let their audiences experience the blockchain, firsthand, in a low risk way, by sharing some crypto tokens with them. This is also a call to action for the Ethereum community to take part in shaping, conjuring, and creating some innovative use cases for social tokens. We need the community to expand the possibilities of what tokenization could mean, and what it could mean when token value is built on social credibility and reputation. The possibilities are so malleable and subjective… for instance, could bands use tokens as a way for fans to purchase their new album, or grant access to concerts? Could businesses use tokens as loyalty points? Could individuals trade tokens for specialized services? Could schools use tokens as fundraisers? Could tokens be used by neighborhoods and local businesses in a grassroots way to protest, or show support of, local ordinances? We want the community to experiment with these ideas, to fully immerse themselves in a tokenized economy, to test out potential opportunities, to push the envelope on how tokenization of social value could change things and shift the landscape. We need the Ethereum community to help us inspire new use cases for tokens, and to help create an enticing opportunity for the masses to adopt the tokenized future. Our vision is to create and inspire innovation in the blockchain space, so that adoption of this technology is not limited to those with 10 years of programming and development experience. We need individuals from manufacturing to the arts, from Crossfit to Keto, from rural to urban, from education to construction, and from musicians to local government to jump on board to this movement; to have their eyes opened to how the blockchain and a tokenized economy could benefit their particular interest area… and to, ultimately, foster innovation in the blockchain space in a wide-reaching way with mass participation. And we think the way to do that is by letting them experience tokenization firsthand. Cryptoraves gives the average internet user ideas about how they could innovate with blockchain tech.
