Congratulations WAX Token holders! An update on distribution and what's next for the Worldwide Asset eXchange

Congratulations WAX Token Holders! Congratulations new WAX Token holders! Distribution is complete for contributors who passed the identity verification process. What a way to start off 2018! We thank the community for your support and patience during this process. So what’s next for WAX? WAX is currently usable on OPSkins Marketplace, where millions of customers can buy and sell items using WAX Tokens. The first half of 2018 will see a Testnet and Alpha Development. The second half of the year brings MVP Beta and the launch of WAX’s custom blockchain token. Our custom blockchain token will be distributed 1:1 to all holders of the ERC-20 token once it’s ready. You can read more about that here on our blog and expect updates in mid- to late-2018 on how to claim your custom blockchain tokens. By the end of 2019, we aim to have more than 100 sites using the WAX Platform, allowing people to buy, sell, trade, and rent digital items using WAX Tokens. Some users have reported not seeing a WAX wallet in the desktop version, so if you do not see a WAX wallet in the desktop version, please try the mobile app or Chrome extension. If you had your tokens sent to a different wallet such as MyEtherWallet: You may have to add a custom token using the following info: Contract Address: 0x39Bb259F66E1C59d5ABEF88375979b4D20D98022 Token Symbol: WAX Decimals: 8 Adding a custom token to your wallet (shown: MyEtherWallet)If you have completed these steps but still don’t see your tokens, please check your Etherscan link for the deposit wallet address you provided during the Token Generation Event. Look under “Token Tracker > View Tokens” and see if WAX is there. Viewing your tokens in your Etherscan linkIf your WAX is there, they were sent to you but your wallet provider is not showing them. Double check to make sure you have gone through the process of adding a custom token to your wallet (above). If you still don’t see your tokens after completing these steps, we advise you to contact your wallet provider and ask why WAX is not being displayed. Rest assured, if your tokens appear in your Etherscan URL, you have your tokens.
