Coinfield Launches It’s Crypto Exchange in Canada Coinfield based out of Vancouver, BC has recently announced that as of April 5th/2018 it’s crypto exchange platform is live, and users are welcome to register for the new, promising exchange. After testing out the Coinfield platform here is what we discovered:  Speedy customer support we were able to register and verify our account within 10 minutes. After verification we had an issue with our Ethereum wallet it was not generating a new address for some unknown reason. Because of the glitch we opened a support ticket since we wanted to figure out what the issue was. Within 20 minutes of submitting the support ticket, we received a reply from the Coinfield support staff that stated: “Ethereum wallets at this moment are taking longer than usual to be ready to be used and the address number created. It might take few hours, but we would like to inform you that we are working to solve this issue with Ethereum wallets.” The quick and professional reply made us feel valued as new customers especially after spending a significant amount of time dealing with Canadian and foreign exchanges; where we often received no response at all this was a refreshing moment as a customer. An exchange that cares about it’s customers? It sounds so simple as many businesses realize the importance of a great customer support team but for whatever reason Crypto exchanges around the world often neglect this crucial aspect of running a successful and trustworthy corporation.
